Refund Policy
30-Day Return Period:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RGV Appliance Parts Supplier. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging, we may not be able to process your refund.
Return Authorization:
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at appliancepartssupplierrgv@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this RA number with your return to ensure prompt processing.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time, and note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon inspection, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Exclusions:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to, electronic downloads, special order items, and clearance or sale items. These exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
